**2010 NBBA CINCH FINALS CONTRACTOR REMINDER:

-This is a reminder checklist for the 2010 NBBA CINCH FINALS to be held September 3^rd & 4^th, 2010 at the John Justin Arena, Fort Worth, Texas.

       All NBBA Bulls must have 180 days current Brucellosis and 180 days current TB Test and 30 days current Health Papers,  NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS!!  REGARDLESS OF CURRENT STATE’S HEALTH REQUIREMENTS THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL BULLS!!  IF THE BULLS DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER HEALTH REQUIREMENTS THEY WILL NOT UNLOAD AND WILL FORFEIT ALL ENTRY FEES!!

**VIP NOTE REGARDING HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:

       ALL COMPETITION BULLS ENTERING THE STATE OF TEXAS MUST HAVE A PERMIT # ON YOUR HEALTH CERTIFICATE DUE TO NEW TRICH REQUIREMENTS!!!  THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE THE TRICH TEST BUT MUST HAVE A PERMIT #.  IF YOUR BULL DOES NOT HAVE A PERMIT AND YOU ARE FROM A STATE OTHER THAN TEXAS, YOUR BULL WILL NOT BE UNLOADED PER TEXAS ANIMAL HEALTH STATE REQUIREMENTS!!!!  ALL BULLS RESIDING IN TEXAS MUST HAVE THE APPROPRIATE TRICH STATEMENT REQUIRED BY TEXAS ANIMAL HEALTH, "BULLS ARE FOR EXHIBITION ONLY, NOT FOR SALE"!!

       All NBBA Bulls must be housed in pens provided by event management.  Futurity and Derby Bulls must be checked in by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 2, 2010 NO EXCEPTIONS!!  THERE WILL BE A $100 FINE TO ANYONE WHO IS NOT CHECKED IN BY 2:00 P.M.!!

       All Futurity Bulls entered must have their horns tipped to the size of a QUARTER.  Any bull arriving without their horns tipped to the size of a QUARTER, owner could be subject to a fine up to $250.00 and the bull WILL BE disqualified and forfeit all entry fees.  NO BULLS WILL BE TIPPED AT THE EVENT!!

       All NBBA Derby & Classic Bulls entered must have their horns tipped to the size of a HALF DOLLAR.  Any bull arriving without their horns tipped to the size of a HALF DOLLAR, owner could be subject to a fine up to $250.00 and the bull WILL BE disqualified and forfeit all entry fees.  NO BULLS WILL BE TIPPED AT THE EVENT!! 

       DERBY & CLASSIC CONTRACTORS:  THIS IS A BRING YOUR OWN RIDER EVENT, ALL RIDERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER!!  ALL BULL RIDERS MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 6:00 PM ON THE NIGHT OF THE PERFORMANCE OR A RIDER WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOUR BULL!!!

       The NBBA will not tolerate or allow owners to inject any medication to any bull at an NBBA Sanctioned event.  In the event a bull needs medical attention, the veterinarian on staff will administer the injections from his or her inventory.  Any owner found giving an injection to any bull will face a minimum fine amount of $250.00 and disqualification of the bull at that event.

       In all NBBA Sanctioned W-W Derbies & Classic held as “Bring Your Own Rider” Events, if there are no qualified bull rides during the performance the Bull Rider Purse will be added to that Divisions Finals Added Purse.

       This event is an NBBA sanctioned event and will be governed by the NBBA Rules

Each Contractor will receive one All Access Credential per bull entered ; DERBY & CLASSIC CONTRACTORS will receive one All Access Credential plus one complimentary arm band for the Derby & Classic performance each day.  There is no admission charge for the Futurity and Youth Futurity performances, the Derby & Classic performance is $10 at the gate.
