Chuck Griffith of Lufkin Ranch and Rodeo Recognized
Chuck Griffith was presented a Trophy Saddle at the Awards Banquet on Sunday for L308 Derringer, the Year End Champion. Friday night during the Finals, Griffith was recognized for another of Lufkin Ranch’s bulls, Zorro, who was the CBR Bull of the Year. They also identified that L 308 Derringer, the High Point Classic Bull of the Year, as sired by Zorro. In addition, L 414 Maverick, finishing 2nd in the Classic finals, also sired by Zorro. This is quite an accomplishment and compliment to Chuck Griffith and his program. There’s not many times that a sire and his sons are competing and recognized on the same level! Congratulations Lufkin Ranch and Rodeo, and K & K Cattle Company!
