The National Bucking Bull Association (est. 2005) is a non-profit organization founded by and for Bucking Bull Breeders. The NBBA has for its basic purpose the public exhibition and promotion of the bucking bull as a unique athlete.

The NBBA was established in 2005 by Nine founding Directors of the Association. The Nine founding Directors include: Marty Foutch, Glenn Carlton, Scott Davis, Punk Carter, Roy Carter, Sammy Andrews,

Milt Bradford, Monty Samford and Bob Wilfong.

2008 NBBA BOARD OF DIRECTOR ELECTIONS:

The NBBA New Directors

The current NBBA members let their voice be heard with the recent election of 3 new Directors for the 2008 season. The newly elected Directors are: Matt Austin of Willis Point, Texas, Mark Cordwell of Terrell, Texas, and Don Yancey of Collinsville, Texas.

The 3 new directors will serve three years, one term, before coming up for re-election. They join the current Board of Directors which include: President Marty Foutch, founding director, Vice-President Glenn Carlton, founding director, Treasurer/Secretary Scott Davis, founding director, Kevin Wallace, Terrel Sullivan, and Bryce Cooper.

If your not an NBBA member, lets explain the election process. The Nominees complete Board of Director consent forms, agreeing to the terms set forth by the founding directors to become a director. Then ballots are sent to all current year NBBA members and they vote for the three Directors of their choice.

Did you know this? The NBBA is a non-profit Association founded by and for Bucking Bull Breeders. The Directors and Officers positions are all Non-paid positions. All of the services by the Directors and Officers is them volunteering their time and hard work! That just demonstrates the passion and love these Directors and Officers have for the Bucking Bull Industry.

We would like to congratulate the New Directors and the NBBA members who voted. Our Association would not be where it is today without its Directors, Officers and most of all, our members!
